Can I keep my phone number?
Usually, if your number is eligible to transfer. Keep your existing service active until the transfer is complete. We’ll check your number’s eligibility and explain the information needed at your visit.
Can some of us keep our phones and others upgrade?
Tell me which phones you want to keep or replace. We can review each line individually for compatibility, financing balances, trade-ins and promotion eligibility.
Does T-Mobile pay my old carrier directly?
Keep & Switch and Family Freedom use a reimbursement claim and virtual prepaid card. You’re responsible for your old carrier’s final bill. We’ll review the sequence and any upfront payoff or unlocking requirements before making changes.
Are the plan prices my entire new bill?
No. The displayed numbers are monthly phone service estimates with your selected discount assumptions. Taxes, fees, device payments, protection and other add-ons can change the total. We’ll compare the complete costs at your appointment.
What’s special about meeting at Sam’s Club?
I can review member offers and eligible kiosk connection-charge waivers with you. The available benefits depend on the transaction and current promotion, so we’ll confirm what applies to your visit.
What should I bring to my free review?
Your recent wireless bill, the phones you use, and any questions. If you’re interested in payoff reimbursement, save a bill showing the device model, remaining balance and financing start date before switching. Don’t submit account numbers or billing documents through this page.
Can we talk about home internet or smartwatches?
Absolutely. Select your interests in the form and we can explore eligible options. Home internet availability depends on your address; watch and tablet service, devices and promotions have separate terms.
